Unless otherwise noted, all content published by Vastly Epic LLC, doing business as Vastly Epic Publishing, is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright.
Digital Curriculum License
Each purchase of a digital curriculum includes one (1) license for use by:
one household, or
one classroom operated by one teacher.
Within that license, you may:
Print copies for the students in your household or classroom.
Store the files on your personal devices.
Display the materials during instruction.
Make backup copies for your own use.
What You May Not Do
Without prior written permission, you may not:
Share purchased files with another family or teacher.
Upload files to websites, cloud storage, or file-sharing services for others to access.
Post downloadable files on social media.
Sell, redistribute, or sublicense our materials.
Copy substantial portions into another curriculum or publication.
Remove copyright notices or branding.
Create competing educational products using our materials.
Schools and Homeschool Co-ops
Our standard license covers one household or one classroom.
If multiple teachers, classrooms, schools, or homeschool co-ops wish to use the same curriculum, please contact us regarding additional licensing options.
We are happy to work with schools and organizations to provide appropriate licenses.
Printed Books
Printed books purchased through our website or authorized retailers are protected by copyright law.
Reasonable quotation for reviews, scholarship, and other uses permitted under applicable copyright law is allowed.
No other portion of our books may be reproduced, scanned, or distributed without written permission.
Artificial Intelligence
Our publications may not be:
uploaded for AI training,
incorporated into AI training datasets,
used to develop competing educational products,
republished through AI-generated systems,
without prior written permission from Vastly Epic Publishing.
Using AI tools to assist with your own teaching, lesson planning, or personal study while remaining within your licensed use of the materials is permitted.
Requests for Permission
We are often happy to grant permission for educational uses beyond our standard license.
Examples include:
school-wide licenses,
homeschool co-ops,
church classes,
educational presentations,
quotations in publications.

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe our copyrighted materials have been reproduced or distributed without authorization, please contact us with as much information as possible.
Likewise, if you believe content appearing on our website infringes your copyright, please notify us so we can investigate the matter.
