Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vastly Epic Publishing, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have questions before ordering, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're happy to help.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital sales are final.
This includes:
Digital curriculum
Printable resources
PDF downloads
Digital study guides
Other downloadable educational materials
We cannot offer refunds simply because:
you changed your mind,
you purchased the wrong product,
you no longer need the material,
you did not read the product description before purchasing.
However, if you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to ensure you receive the product you purchased.
Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
the item must be unused,
it must be in its original condition,
it must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
your order number,
a description of the issue,
photographs of the item and packaging when possible.
If the error was ours or the item was damaged during shipping, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered.
Physical product orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
Purchases Made Through Other Retailers
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to products purchased directly from the Vastly Epic Publishing website.
If you purchased one of our books or other products through Amazon or another retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping, or customer service. Their policies govern those purchases.
