4. License for Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, every purchase grants one (1) non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by:
one household, or
one classroom operated by one teacher.
This license permits printing or copying materials as needed for the students within that household or classroom.
You may not:
Share files with other families or teachers.
Upload files to websites, cloud-sharing services, or social media.
Email purchased files to others.
Resell or redistribute the materials.
Modify and republish the materials as your own.
Use the materials to create competing educational products.
If multiple teachers or classrooms will use the materials, a separate license must be purchased for each classroom unless a separate school license is offered.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available through this website—including curriculum, lesson plans, text, graphics, layouts, illustrations, worksheets, activities, downloadable files, and other materials—is protected by United States copyright law.
Purchasing a product transfers ownership of the physical copy (where applicable) or a license to use the digital product. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
No portion of our materials may be reproduced or distributed beyond the license granted in these Terms without prior written permission.
6. Artificial Intelligence
Our educational materials may not be:
uploaded to AI training datasets,
used to train artificial intelligence systems,
incorporated into commercial AI-generated educational products,
without our prior written permission.
Using AI tools for personal study or classroom assistance while remaining within the licensed use of the purchased material is permitted.
7. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
8. Payment
Payment must be received before products are delivered or shipped.
We use third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
9. Refunds
Digital products become immediately accessible after purchase.
Because of this, all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Physical products may be returned according to our Refund Policy.
If you experience technical problems receiving a digital purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
10. Physical Products
Shipping times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
